Ozmat provides troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, mechanical adjustment and repair support for printing machinery and compressor systems.
Production stoppages, print quality issues, mechanical noise, air leaks or unstable operation are inspected on site. The cause is identified and the required action is clearly explained.
Regular maintenance is planned to reduce unexpected downtime and keep the machine operating more consistently. Cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and performance checks are scheduled according to production flow.
Worn or underperforming components are checked and replaced when needed. Mechanical settings are adjusted to support stable printing, cutting or production line operation.
Screw compressors, air dryers, tanks and compressed air lines are inspected according to production requirements. Pressure, moisture, leakage and filtration checks help improve air system efficiency.
